First not all nodules are PC, but best to check to make sure.
Second I get that it's scary, but honestly you've faced worse - a biopsy will be nothing.
Third, even if the worst is true, likely you've caught it early enough to expect a positive outcome. It isn't fun to get treatment and normal will change, but you'll be around to tell stories about
it and wonder what you were worried about
Cancer treatment has changed a lot and it's no longer and automatic "OMG life is over." Surgery, and radiation can knock down PC fast with manageable side effects (some aren't fun and some hurt, but most go away over time).
Hang in there and let us know the biopsy results - then we'll fire a million suggestions for treatments at you.
