Sorry, what I’m referring to is that the volume (number) of guys who have had HDR Brachy is quite low when compared to other interventions, and the number of accomplished and experienced RO’s is also low. I was interested in it before my surgery and researched it extensively. It holds much promise for the right candidates- like you. Do to comobities, it wasn’t for me, nor was very impressive SBRT, so out came my prostate, with very light side effects.
Funny thing is I had persistent PSA and am now undergoing radiation anyhow, comobities be darned. You just never know for sure.
As I’ve said, you’ve been very lucky....may that luck continue.
