One of the obstacles I've encountered is that due to the tumor's
location it cannot be easily biopsied. Surgery is scheduled for four weeks from now. In the meantime, I will be getting a second opinion from Moffitt cancer center. At this point, I do not even know whether or not this "mass" is actually cancer.
If so, the Lutathera looks very promising, perhaps if the surgery should fail. Best article I've found... though the trial is closed, is at: (can't get url to work without using copy/paste)
