The other sources are much smaller than you imagine. Breast tissue can contribute some. They would only contribute to the third decimal place, adding only a few thousandths of a ng/ml to your uPSA. This long after RP, benign prostatic sources (e.g., healthy tissue left behind) are not contributing markedly to your uPSA.
