Michael, welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear you’re stage 4, but it sounds like the Zytiga / adt is doing it’s job well.
I’d agree with Fairwind. You are better off editing out your email and address, if they are real. You will be the target of spammers and who knows what else.
Alternatively, I’d suggest you go to MY Profile tab at the top left, then click the tab “edit My Profile”. You’ll see a spot where you can enter your email address. After you do that, click the radio button that says “make my Email Address Available”. Then be sure to save.
Once you do this anyone who wants to contact you can find your email address in your profile.
But the Bot Spammers won’t.
I don’t have any sage advice on the exercise other than to push yourself as best as you can. Others will be here soon with hopefully netter advice. It gets a bit quiet on the weekends.
