Ed, you have been so lucky to go 7 years undetectable with a G8 and EPE. And even now, the rise is very slow which , while it shows a trend, is great news.
At age 77, I would be very slow to pull the trigger on radiation. At this rate of rise, it’s highly likely that it will be 5-10 years before it causes a problem. At that point, you could consider ADT, and if your luck continues, that could take you well into your 90’s.
But this is all getting ahead of ourselves. Retesting at 10 year mark is a good plan. Then take it from there. It could still stabilize.
