This discussion has gone awry. There's no need for an ultra-sensitive PSA.
The question at issue was about getting a PHI test. I would question the urologist for their reasoning for not getting this test.

I was informed yesterday from the office staff, after trying to get the PHI order for the last two weeks, that they don’t use the PHI test. My Urologist is out-of-town, and this is what the office told me. The reason that I posted was to see if there’s any other way to get the test completed. Probably switching Uro anyways, so I will just wait until then to get this test completed. Thanks again for the responses.

Get a URO that uses the test. Or you can contact the test company and they might be able to point you to a URO's office in your area that uses the test:
