here's a related question I've often wondered about
. let's say you do two years adjuvant ADT with your primary treatment and after treatment you post zeros for five years. Your PSA begins rising and SRT eventually fails and you must start Lupron again.
will Lupron be effective for a shorter duration. or is it, because of the passage of so many years, just as effective as if you hadn't been treated with it before?
