I have trouble understanding how men whose first choice treatment failed and then had to go on to further treatment don't have any regret.
When everything goes according to plan, there is no regret. Granted, I would have much rather got off the train at the first stop, but having planned for all contingencies built in
is a requirement of sound planning.
