Great job. Other than cutting back what you are eating is there anything else in particular you are doing?
My wife and I signed up with a group called profile by Sanford. The are associated with Sanford health and have a weight loss program/lifestyle change. I have been on it for 2.5 weeks so far and am down 15.5 pounds. Still a lot to go.
They pretty much take you to ketosis the first few weeks to get your body rebooted. Slowly they will add things back in. I think I can have a little fruit after next week. I am trying to get healthier to make my body better able to cope with the disease and any treatments that may be down the road. Lots of protein shakes that have probiotics and lots of vitamins. Lots of veggies, about 5 ounces of lean meat a day at this point. I think they have me at 165 protein right now and about 75 carbs. Started at 272.8, hit 257.2 this morning. Goal is 210-220 range.
