RP 11/27/18, going in for my first psa tomorrow morning. My T3a thing has me freaked out, I feel like getting an over/under pool going to at least make a few bucks on it no matter how it comes out! You guys know the drill, good news, bad news who knows? It’s hard to stay between the lines, a real mental/spiritual challenge. Sometimes it takes over, no fun at all. Good or not so good, I honestly don’t know how to react. We’ll see, I figure you’ve all been through it time and time again, I’ll let you know, lots of respect for you all.
Active surveillance 9 years, PSA 7.7, color Doppler every year, MRI every year one at 6 months one the following 6 months. Last MRI showed growth, Gleason 6 till last summer, guided biopsy went 4+3, RP 11-27-T3a- clear nodes- revised Gleason 3-4, clear nodes, vessels.
