I can't speak to specific practioners in Europe...I just recall several men on this forum who had successful treatments in Europe.....
I had RALP in St. Louis at Barnes-Jewish, and have had an excellent outcome. In the US, it is generally recommended to start your search at what are called the "NCCN Centers of Excellence"--these are large hospitals connected to universities (most often), and this is where the research is being done.
Patel has a less that great reputation on this forum, because he has historically only selected patients who are likely to do well, and he has an assembly-line system where he "removes" a lot of prostates--but is literally only in the OR a short time for each surgery--there are several patients in various stages of surgery simultaneously.
Best of luck in your research. With a 3+4, pretty much any of the main line treatments are likely curative, so the key question--particularly at your age--has to be the side effect profiles. What is the worst case you're willing to live with?
