Bo - Thanks for the link, never listened to her or Jerry Miller directly. I recall the band Moby Grape but for some unknown reason, the west coast bands were never real popular in my Midwest Chicago area world. From the couple of cuts I viewed, Jerry Miller needs more research on my end as he certainly can play. May have to listen to some more Moby Grape also, I have been finding a few old bands that I missed or lost track of as I have been listening more in the last couple of weeks.
Never been a huge fan of female singers, again for reasons that are unknown to me, same for folk music. Not sure how one’s music tastes develop but they do change over time. I listen to a much more diverse music library now than I did in high school and college. Still like Humble Pie and Blue Cheer once in a while but most of time some blues or jazz or guitar music is just fine.
One singer I liked was Eva Cassidy from my Wash DC days who met an untimely death. You may like her music, hard to say though:https://youtu.be/bzld2mdahk8
