Welcome beaverduck. Is there a college family feud in your home? You don't show the % in each of your 4 cores. I think you are taking the correct steps with JH opinion, genomics and MRI. That's exactly the order I did them in. At NO time has my regular urologist or the urology surgeon I've consulted with recommended surgery since initial diagnosis through today. You can review my data. Currently, I see each of them at least once a year and see an RO once a year. Currently, I get my PSA check every 3 months and to undergo an MRI once a year. This is also subject to change. Of course, if things change, intervention will be a reality. I was where you are 2 years ago.
