I would echo Gary's comments, as well as Halbert's. I have found since i arrived on the scene here at HW, that there is a definite bias towards Radiation. It would be great to focus on the purpose of this group. To educate as best as possible (sometimes meaning to whatever extent a newbie is willing to be educated) and then to support any decision made, for any reason, valid or not. Thankfully most here do exactly that.
Just to add, i was one who had a good surgery experience. I might have chosen SBRT had it had a longer history at the time i was initially treated, but it didnt have a long enough history for me. I had no ED issues or incontinence issues by week 6 after the surgery. So i would say, i have no regrets.
Just to add, here is a thread i just started, thats relevant to this topic, and it was total coincidence as i posted it prior to seeing where this thread has gone.... https://www.healingwell.com/community/default.aspx?f=35&m=4136212
