looks goods to me man. our numbers were very similar except all my cores were positive. but (as far as we know) we were both high volume G7 with a similar PSA.
SBRT is my favorite stand-alone treatment. there's a good chance that if you had surgery you would have needed further treatment. I know I had a 60% chance of the cancer being out of the capsule.
also, if either of us has a recurrence overwhelming odds are the cancer was already systemic.
your PSA is lower than post treatment and lower than this time last year. it's all good in the hood man
