Yeah, it really blew chunks, I stopped watching after the first half. I still checked on the game until their ultimate demise.

Go Hawkeyes, with the covid rules maybe they will get a bowl game. You know one where there won't be any fans at. LOL!!

My sister and husband are doing the turkey, jalapeno cranberry relish, and I don't know what else. We're 4 in all for Thanksgiving, sitting two and two at opposite ends of a long table. I prepared the sweet potato casserole and dressing that we are bringing, So nothing left to do.

My Cats both FB and BBall both suck. Last night BBall lost to Fort Hays State. That's a D2 team from KS.

Love the Kingston Trio and the Folk Music revival they inspired.

Iowa, ranked no.3, plays no.1 Gonzaga Saturday. I'm thinking my Hawkeyes are overrated and will have their butts handed to them. If you're a Hawkeye fan, disappointment comes with the territory.

I'm one that always thinks the Zags are overrated.
I'm betting the Hawkeyes win.

On a fairly bright note, my Cats actually beat ISU in Ames. Very unexpected, but likely a game to not end up last in the Big12.

On the bright side, go out tonight with binoculars or a telescope and watch the great conjunction in the SW sky! It will happen soon after sunset, it won't happen again for another 800 years.

My younger son the amateur astronomer set up his telescope in the backyard last night and we saw it.

Even if you're not into stargazing, it was pretty cool.

The Buckeyes are good and I think deserved to be there. But you're right, Alabama is an offensive Machine. I couldn't watch the whole game -- it was unmerciful.
