Looks like a very good start. Did you just do external beam or did you add brachytherapy? Radiation as a primary treatment takes a while to get rid of all the cancer and you may not reach your PSA nadir (low point) for a couple of years. The ADT will keep the PSA down while on it and for about six months after your last shot. Your real test, in my opinion, will be the PSA in about one year. That will start showing you a realistic trend. If you are now at the low point then you would not be overly concerned until your PSA increase approaches 2.09. That would clinically signal a recurrence.
I was not a candidate for brachytherapy.
