It appears you edited the post? Earlier I thought you wrote that men who walked 30 minutes daily and had a low carb diet lost 20 pounds over 6 months while on ADT?
Anyway, that closely follows my experience. I walk 70 minutes 4x weekly. I'm not low carb, but have reduced my intake of my regular diet. I have lost 25 lbs and I'm pretty close to my proper weight.
Losing the weight has been surprising easy. I did some investigating, and reduced appetite is listed as a possible side-effect for Xtandi. Who knows?
