Yep Thanksgiving again...wife and I will be at Costco when they open...get one of their chickens...my wife is a master of fixens...best candied yams on the planet....what??? ya got a problem with that??...lol...left overs/...don't need no stinken left overs...its just the two of us...castles in the sky...palettes in the pie...enjoy the holodeck...oops the holiday...ok I have been too clever by half...positive particle swaps to negative particle saving and keeping the whole by transfiguring it...of course the effect will never be recognized...but most certainly realized...again...just like in surfing...Im practicing my turning skills on the waves...the face the face ok the pocket the pocket...you win...take it from and ride the lip...oops a fall from grace...turn turn turn...here one comes again...see the hope in action
gleason 9 contained stopped psa testing jan 2015 with two consecutive psa's a year apart at 0.15
surgery 10/09 only treatment...eyes wide open...no sand...gonna live til I die...not the reverse forgive my virtues as well as my sins...

Bx on 112013 at age ~65yrs, with 5 of 12 pos, G9(5+4), T2B.
RALP with lymph nodes at Vanderbilt 021914. (nodes clear, SV+, G9 down graded to 4+5, 1 focal margin )
only rare pad use after 1 year
PSA <.01 on 6/14 and all until 9/15 = .01, still .01 9/16, .02 on 3/17,6/17,10/17, .06 1/18, .06 4/18, <.05 7/18, .06 10/18, .06 04/19

Sent from the Salton Sea where the rain is pouring down, and out there in Antelope Valley where snow level is 2,500 feet today.(from sea to shining snowy valley!)Going to go eat the beyond and impossible Turkey now. No its really Turkey, like me!

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.

I have a lot to be thankful for, Today is the one year anniversery of my surgery. I am doing well, followup psa tests are good and for the most part I am back to my normal life.

Doing a lot of reflecting on the last year today.....
Age 54
1st psa test 1/15/18 6.1. 2nd psa test 4/15/18 5.6 10% free psa
biopsy 5/17/18. 3/12 positive cores, 2- gleason 6, 1 gleason 3+4 all left side
RALP on 11/28/18. Post Op path confirmed gleason 7 (3+4). Lymph and seminal vesicals clear. 100% continent at cath removal
