Make an Appointment for Your Next Visit
To ensure the health of our patients, employees and the broader community, LabCorp has taken a number of steps in response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak to follow CDC guidelines, including social distancing, at our patient service centers.
As a valued LabCorp customer, we wanted to share with you what to expect at your upcoming patient service center visit:
• We encourage you to make an appointment online and provide your cell phone number, so you’re able to leverage the mobile check in feature when you arrive at the patient service center.*
• The first business hour each day is set aside to serve people who are 65 or older and those with serious underlying medical conditions. While we will not turn away other patients, if you are not in this population, we ask that you come later in the day.
• Our “Wait Where You’re Comfortable” program allows you to wait in your vehicle or other nearby
location. We will text you when we’re ready to see you.

If you believe you have been exposed to COVID-19, please do not enter the patient service center. LabCorp does not collect specimens for COVID-19 testing at patient service centers. Individuals seeking testing for COVID-19 should consult with their physician or healthcare provider.
Thank you for your consideration and for helping keep our community healthy.
