Halbert, I understand your view, but wonder if this test would add much value if a biopsy is still needed. In an ideal solution, neither PSA or biopsy, with all their drawbacks, would be needed.
A man would have this urine test, and, if positive, an MRI or other imaging would do the lesion locating. Treatment, if that is warranted, could then be planned.
I participate in some other sites where a few members refuse to be have biopsies. I disagree with them, but agree that a safer, more accurate diagnostic is needed.
