I was trying to get a read on several people who got RT treatment and what their PSA's were several years after but after going through most of the threads I'm not seeing much.

Hi John. There are several on the board that used radiation and are several years out from treatment. I just crossed the 10 year mark and continue to be undetectable. A couple others in my range with success are F8 and MichaelT. Another long timer that isn’t on much anymore is JohnT that stayed undetectable for more than 10 years.

I know you have another thread going regarding your increasing PSA. One thing that happens with most radiation men is that they bounce around a lot in the first 3-5 years until reaching the nadir. You are in that time frame and may be experiencing that.

Hopefully others will chime in and provide their experience.

I don't have all the data handy, but I had SBRT just over 4 years ago. My pre-treatment PSA was 5.69, and at 4 years out, it was 0.96. If you want the exact trajectory, including bounces, I'm sure I posted it just a few weeks ago. (Some of the data is in my signature, too.)

My RO reminds me that my PSA will not hit "undetectable" but as long as the long-term trend is downward, and upward bounces do not become trends, and as long as I do not go over "nadir plus 2" (which, for me, would be 2.96), all is as hoped for.
