Just curious... has anyone experienced a rash or increased ingrown hairs on the scrotum from wearing pads?

Yes on the rash, no on the ingrown hairs--but I'm not prone to them. If possible, at least every day or two see if you can go around the house bare-butt for a few hours to let things dry out. Cornstarch baby powder helps too.

I have used barrier cream such as A & D for rashes that appear. Don't know if that will work on unruly hairs. I do know that it helps sooth rash, and presto, couple days later - gone. Kind of like diaper rash for the chiluns',

I found pouches better than pads...

Just wondering if anyone has tried the incontinence clamp, and how it worked out?

I tried for a couple of days... very uncomfortable with a 'backed up" feeling...

Butt Paste works wonders. You can get it in the baby isle.
