I need some wise counsel. I am 72 y/o. Finished IGRT (45 sessions) August 2020. Gleason, at time of PCa diagnosis, was 3+4=7. PSA at time of diagnosis was 8.7. PSA on April 15 this year was 1.4.
For approximately the past five weeks, I have been urinating frequently. Not uncommon for me to wake from a sound sleep every 2 - 2.5 hours to "make." No burning, blood, straining, etc. And when I go, it is a full-volume urination.
I am not taking FloMax or anything of that nature.
Called Uro and was told it might simply be an overactive bladder - - a somewhat common after-effect of radiation. I see him on June 22nd for some non-invasive tests.
Any guidance will be deeply appreciated.
With Best Wishes,
