I can't say what's up, but I suggest you buy a blood-pressure unit and start checking your blood pressure at home at rest (you should bring it to a doc visit to check/calibrate it). While you await answers, don't let yourself reach that stage next time you undertake a physical activity--keep well hydrated
, take rests/break up the job. Use your head as well as your muscles ;) When was your last check-up--perhaps it's time.
