Am I blind or is there really no lung cancer forum on healing well?

Aleph, dont ask me why, but as you can see by the list of available forums on HW, there is definitely NOT a focus on cancer here on HW, other than PCa. Our PCa forum has over 500,000 posts, and other than Lyme disease, none of the other HW forums come close.
Even Heart Disease, which has got to be more common than Prostate Cancer, is not very active, something that i have not been able to figure out at all.

I'm sure a google search will turn up some Lung Cancer forums, also, the American Cancer Society forums come to mind.
I hope this isn't an issue you are dealing with

The Ulcerative Colitis forum is pretty active as well (on this platform):

When Healing Well started, there were already several forums available across the internet for cancers, so the owner/founder chose to just include breast & prostrate cancers then.

Actually, between 2005-2010, Lupus was the most active forum here, as there weren't other Lupus forums available at the time. Not only were there numerous posts every day, but there was an afternoon AND an evening chat. As a Lupus moderator, I can assure you it was a wild time!

Things change!

There was a chat?
Did Peter remove it?

Thanks all very much!!
I do NOT have lung cancer, but my oldest brother was recently diagnosed with small cell lung cancer.
I've been doing some research on that cancer, and it is not encouraging at all.

Yes, there was a chat. Unfortunately it became more and more buggy and eventually stopped working altogether and Peter had to remove it. I think he tried to find other chat software to install but nothing ever showed up. It was a big loss!

Chat literally saved my life when Lupus took 15% of my cognitive abilities along with my career, my business, my family, my livelihood, and all my hopes and dreams. Lupus friends from chat sustained me. Sadly, most of them have have succumbed to Lupus complications while I stumbled into remission.

Peace.

Alephnull, my dad died from that about 16 years ago. I don't know about now, but when he was being treated, the treatment for it had not changed in over 20 years. The news was certainly not encouraging then. I truly hope you can find an effective treatment for him.
