Just what is the fPSA cutoff? 27%, 25% or 15%

Jim, 53, BPH since 1996

Kidney cyst, 2002

Family history of PCa, father and two uncles

Biopsy 18Sept, 10 sample all negative

0.7    Sept 01

0.8    Sept 02

1.2    Nov 03

Dr Scardino's chart on " free PSA " goes from 0-10 up to >25

free PSA Cancer probability
0-10 56%
10-15 28
15-20 20
20-25 16
>25 8%

If I read the chart correctly the cut off for cancer free would be anything >25%. Then the cutoff for repeat biopsy should be any per cent less then 25%.
