Hi,

We got the results of Curtis' PSA yesterday  and it was undetectable.  To celebrate we went out and bought a new car...Well that wasn't really the reason, but it sure was a good excuse to get one!!!! tongue

Boy I remember has scared I was when I first came in here and how much help everyone was.  This site is a life saver...literally!!!  Everyone has been so helpful and supportive over the last 3 months!!!

Thanks again to you all for being you!!!

Ellen & Curtis!!

Such wonderful news! Way to go and congrats on the new car! Undetectible is such a NICE word . . . especially when it comes to a PSA. Like my cousin said . . .first time he's been thrilled with ZERO on a test!!

Wicket - it seems like yesterday you landed here (and me too!) and, yet, such a long time ago in many ways. That's the best news in the world! Congrats!

tongue  Ellen & Curtis,

AWESOME!  The next words that I want to hear are "Non Detect" when I have my first PSA check on the 18th.  My wife and I will celebrate but not with a new car but we are going shopping.  That is what it is all about - Winning over the cancer monster.

Hi Ellen & Curtis,

Great news! I hope you all got a Vette, but the 500hp Mustang GT is nice too. In any case the big "0" is cause for much celebration.

Dear Ellen & Curtis ~ we are thrilled and know exactly how you are feeling. It’s been a road none of us wanted to travel… but I truly feel blessed that we have all found each other to travel this path…. With friends!

We’ve all come a long way baby… and we have warm thoughts for each of you!

Take care dear friends and know that we will continue to keep you close.

Wicket… When I re-read some of our communications over the months ~ it brings happy tears to see where we started and where we are today.

Congrats!!! And I’m thrilled you treated each other to a wonderful new car to start this new ~ free of prostate cancer journey! A new day is here ~ Enjoy it to the fullest…

We need more info on this new car!! Make, model, color, etc.... cool

That is just great news.  Congratulations!  I'd rather have a new car than cancer any day!

Thanks everyone for your great letters!!  It's wonderful to have so many friends rooting for us!!  We feel really blessed to have found this site and so many wonderful people.

Blue and Spin,

I'd love to have a vette, but at my age would probably have an awful time getting back out of it.  yeah   We bought a 2006 Ford Explorer...nice and big and roomy and much easier to get into than a vette..

Thanks again for all the wonderful letters!!
