Pain in the drain

      Morning friends 30 days since my surgery things are going well. I was wondering if anyone has had any pain around the location where the drain tubes were located? This is a mild pain but certain movements can cause a real burning pain this is on the right side only the incision site has healed nicely  thanks.  jwtw

I have the same sensations so I would guess its still normal. All of a sudden I have a shooting pain that does not last too long. Good Luck

Yeah, I get some shooting pain and I have a lump at the bottom of the incision that is a little sore.  After previous hernia operations, I have had the pains for a while but to lump.  Hope they both go away........


Age 72. Diagnosed on 11/03/06. PSA 7.05. Gleason 3+3 on both sides.
Clinical stage: T2B.
RRP on 12/7/06. Nerves intact and lymph nodes clean. Catheter and staples out on 12/13/06.
Pathological stage: T2B. Gleason 3+4. Cancer confined to prostate.
First PSA will be on 1/3/2007
