Hi Barrister,

I thought I would start this new thread to comment on your statement concerning your wife's feeling about the doctor's meetings. My wife and I also went to 2 doctors exams, and her feeling about the first doctor was uncomfortable. Of coarse I trust my wife's judgement (instincts) completely because she was the one that made me get a physical in the first place. So I would say what ever your wife senses; it is probably the best bet. By the way Jane and I have been married for 37 years, and we had dated for 6 years prior to that.

That's interesting Glen. My wife has always had a better feeling about people than I. With the experience of many years, I have learned to defer to her judgment. Of course, she had the good judgment to marry me. : )
: ) Lot of humor here, folks. LOL??? A little help here please? Gimme a break! I'm glad she doesn't read any of this.

Glen: You are probable correct and I think I am going to rely on my wife's instincts. We have been married 43 years and still going strong. In any event if anything goes wrong I can always blame her. ( Keep the humor going it is the best medicine. ) And she doesn't read this. Barrister

Hi Barrister, Pete, & jetguy,

Good for you. Our wives know what is best for us. I freely admit that my judgement has been flawed in many instances. Example: The time I mentioned to my wife that I wished to purchase a 150 hp sport cycle, and she replied that it was insane and at the very least stupid at my age. Her veto prevailed, and I'm still here. I could go on, but I'm sure you get the picture.

Yeah man, but you'd have had a blast on the bike and wouldn't have had prostate cancer.  You'd have killed yourself on the bike!  But then we wouldn't know you and it would be our loss.  Glad your bride prevailed.
