Hi all, just thought id post an update, well i said goodbye to my little friend yesterday must admit i wasnt sorry to see him go got to know him well over the last 10 days, having him taken out wasnt to much of a problem just remember to relax when its being taken out. More important ive had a couple of visits from an old and trusted friend over the last couple of mornings, i woke up and he was there to greet me like he used to, early days yet been told by doc not to play with him for a couple of weeks but im hoping he will make his visits more regularly, must admit i was pleasantly suprised and when i mentioned this to the surgeon he was most impressed. Not had to much problem with the incontinence so far only a slight leak last evening when i stood up but i had a few beers so im putting it down to that, but i think i will wear a pad just in case, wifes taking me out today for my birthday 49 today, getting old, going in to central london to have a wander round a couple of museums. Hope alls well with everyone, will keep you posted on progress.

Congrads on your little solder salluting you so soon! Thats got to be a good sign Mikey! Just a little advice, don't over due your BD w/ too many beers & walking. Evan though you are doing well in the leak dept. Too much exercise may cause you an unexpected setback, especially if you add beer! Have fun though Mikey, Happy BD you old fart!

Happy Birthday Mike! it sounds like you had a wonderful day! I'm glad that all is going well and your old friend is coming back. at the beginning, Jeff noticed that if he drank too much alcohol, he would leak more. but he doesn't have any leaking at all anymore... take care, kat
