Sounds like you are on the right track. Also nice you have an insurance network that provides a wide latitude of surgeons/hospitals.
My pre-surgery PSA (4.9), age (50), Gleason (6), T1c, negative scans similar to yours. I, too, decided to travel and took a 2 1/2 hour plane ride to Baltimore where I had surgery at Hopkins with A. Partin presiding. Pad free in a month; back to running six weeks post surgery; PSA <0.1 three months post-surgery. I know I was blessed by the Almighty...both of them...God and A. Partin.
