I've been in chat a few times this past week . . . .when I type the chat and press send it shows on screen and then the screen rolls back about 3 or 4 lines so anything current is not visible until I physically drag it back using the arrow key.
This isn't huge, but I do miss current comments.  Then I drag it and same problem happens all over again.
This happens whether on small or full screen.

Sorry about the chat room problems.  Until we get a moderator for your forum, these questions may be unanswered, as I don't always have time to respond.

It sounds like the chat window is too small and may need to be enlarged.  You can widen the chat window by clicking on the right corner of the browser windows and dragging it wider.

The chat room scrolls from bottom to top.  So if there are a lot of chatters, it does scroll rather quickly.

Thanks Lee (and Peter Waite)
I'll try to enlarge by dragging.  Have already made as large as possible using the upper right box for same but dragging larger may help.  Not a biggie if I can't fix it, just a small annoyance.

Hi Lee, I have tried a few times over these 48 hours to get into chat. Today at 6:27 California time I see that there are five people in the chat room, but I cannot log in. It keeps giving a "page not found' I turned pop-ups okay button on in hopes that was it, but I have not had a problem getting in up to now (although I have only tried a few times) and the only other problem was getting booted off continually.

last night it could have been called the chronic "crash room". We all had to log back in every 5-10 minutes. Missed you there Bluebird. We sure do have alot of very nive people here. The support is amazing and the thoughts expressed are very real. God Bless you all. I hate PC, but the experience with all of you has made me a better person. I hope this chat room stays around and improves. i would also like to see a chat history capability. Where we could go back and see missed chats, or the likes. Perhaps one day healingwell can accomodate that. But really, aside from the crashing last night no complaints.

Hey ~ Becky & Burt,

Before I research this.... have you been able to get on since you posted this on Tues?? I'm thinking No.... but

I'll check tomorrow to see if you've responded...and will follow up with you.

Sorry I'm late getting to you ~ just got back from a quick trip to Emerald Isle on the coast of North Carolina.  :-)

I know when I left on Monday…. Mr. Waite “Admin” was working on the web page for the forum dealing with server issues….  Chat may have been affected.

Hey Tony & Ruth,

Ahhh thanks for missing us!!!   tongue   Yes ~ the Chat Room is wonderful!!!  I'm so thankful we have it.  And realize what an important tool it is in all of us being able to reach out at an even deeper level.....  you'r right... the Chat Room allows us to get really personal in a personal way and allows us to learn even more about each other.

Happiness is.....     Staying in Touch with each other..

:) Lee & Buddy

No response back so the issue must have been resolved!
