I wanted to say hello, and that I still stalk the pages to see how it goes for others. My wife was diagnosed with breast cancer so I'm going to be looking at that topic too. She started chemo last Thursday. She has a tumor they want to reduce so they can remove it. It was lobular cancer, so the tumor was not detectable on a mammogram, but they found it by MRI. It's completely contained in the breast. It's the size of a lime. Everyone, take care.

Dear Bob,

My next PSA in September 25th. I'm taking Avodart and Flomax and hanging in there. How are you doing?

Dan - wow...it never rains but...well, you know!

So much for you both to digest and see your way through. As you know you have backup here and I'm sure the Breast Cancer Forum is the same.

Please continue to post - our best thoughts to you both.

Dear Kitt,

I can't imagine what you have had to endure. I know we gain strength from God and with his grace, we can survive anything, be it cancer, depression or Chrones disease. I have always found that when I start talking with people about Deb's cancer they just naturally respond. She is on prayer lists that are two or three people removed from someone who knows her. I want to thank you for sharing your story. God Bless.

Dear Dan
I can't wait to visit your wife's blog. I have many friends that have breast cancer, and I hope I can be of support to her.
Bless you for starting the blog for her. I was just there, wow, how wonderful.

Hello everyone,

Just thought I'd update my situation. I'm still taking Avodart and Flomax. My PSA numbers are good and so we continue to plod along. My wife finished her cancer treatment in January, after chemo, radiation and a mastectomy.

She is in good spirits and continues to gain strength and endurance.

God Bless everyone.

Hi Dan

Good to hear "a voice from the past" . . . . you were active about the time we found this form. Glad to hear your wife and you are both making positive progress. Thanks for the update.
