Aztec,
The site Admin locks threads sometimes when they get too long. You did nothing wrong, they just become hard to follow. Please start a new thread. :-)

Hi Bluebird, this is Army45. I have been on for while but now I am lost. What is with these "threads"? I can't find my old conversations -either mine or the responses? Where have they gone? I can't get back in touch with those I was talking to. Please help?

Army45
Diagnosed with Prostate Cancer in April 2006. Age 61 and no other medical problems - only take Thyroxin for thyroid but that has been for 40 years.
Surgery on July 7th, 2006 to remove prostate
PSA 7.5, Gleason 7 but downgraded to 6 after surgery biopsy.
T1-2
Lymph glands clean and cancer all gone - all within prostate.
Very minor leaking that ended after 3-4 months (1 pad per day)
2 month checkup - PSA "undectable"
No further test or treatment except PSA every 6 months.
Viaga now working and no longer use the Vacurect pump (for sale if any one interested!)

Army - I don't have the answers, and Bluebird is still on her cruise. I believe she returns sometime this weekend.
Cheers!

Army:

If you click on your name that is above your member status in the far left box all of your posts made recently will appear.  You can click on any one you wish to revisit and that thread will appear.

Hope this helps.

Army - Bluebird does have a list of links to most of our threads on her thread for new members. I'll bump it to the top and hopefully yours is in there.
;o) Linda
Bob (60) had laproscopic prostate surgery on Sept 27, 2006 - 2/12 malignant biopsy samples - gleason 3 + 3 = 6. Follow up PSA results and pathology results received Nov 14th are NO MORE CANCER! Gleason changed to a 3 + 4; cancer completely confined to prostate; (even a second more aggressive, previously undetected cancer) PSA UNDETECTABLE November 2006 AND February 2007.

Bob also takes Hydroxyurea to control Polycythemia (elevated red & white cells & platelets) has secondary condition . . Myelofibrosis) -- If anyone has experience or knowledge of these, please post us

Thanks to you all for your help and responses - lawink and Dutch. I was getting quite lost and could not find my notes or letters or answers.

Thanks again - I am doing very well and actually back in West Africa again on a long trip to West Africa, East Africa, Asia, and then finally to Australia - be back to Canada on June 15th.

Talk to you later.
