Hi, I have recently been diagnosed with prostate cancer. I am 65 & it is 4.6 PSA, T1C - Gleason 6.
Obviously, like everyone else I am having a difficult time with all the various treatment options. My local urologist/oncologist suggests a radical prostatectomy using the robotic procedure. I am concerned about the potential serious side effects so I have been looking at other treatment options.
I have noted with great interest the RCOG (Radiotherapy Clinics of Georgia) web site ( www.rcog.com )
This is a great site with tons of very specific information about their procedure. I am very interested in hearing from other men who have had treatment at RCOG. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks ... Jay
