I was just wondering if psa levels fluctuate post surgery or should all reading be exactly the same?

Not necessarily. Rising PSA trends may indicate a problem however, tiny alterations that stay in the negative range are perfectly normal.

PSA should remain low.01 to .1. Minor elevations should be of no concern. Usually if your PSA starts to rise to .4 or .5 after surgery, doctors will monitor more frequently to see if adjuvant treatment is warranted.

Hi ~ AEG, I recalled a few threads and thought I’d link them here. Your title is a good one and others may benefit from these when they find your thread. Low level PSA after surgery Started by opie Tim's Journey Started by Tim’s Wife In Friendship ~ Lee & Buddy
