I'm looking for a recommendation for a good vacuum pump.  Please indicate where it can be purchased as well as if it's covered by insurance.

Also, how do you to purchase the pump through the insurance? Do you call the insurance with the script?

The erecaid and Vacuret pumps are very expensive $250 to over $400.  I bought an Encore Revive manual pump on line for $79.  It seems to work just like the more expensive models.  I avoided the battery operated pumjp, because I wanted to control the rate of suction.

Some medical plans will pay a small amount towards purchase if you have a doctors Rx.

I bought from a dealer for Encore Medical.
