Well had the biopsy yesterday, it was a breeze, they applied Lidocane (sp) before the procedure, then they put a needle in the back of my hand, last thing I remember, was the doc saying "how are you feeling?" then I woke up in the ward. No side effects, a little blood in urine, which stopped today, and feel a bit tender down there.

Results on 12th July.....fingers crossed yeah

Hi Mal,

I hope the best for you too, maybe the biopsy will be a big fat "0" in which case you'll have cause for celebration, and peace of mine too. I wish the doctor had knocked me out, but all I got was the Lidocane. That may have been the longest 15 minutes I can ever recall. Good luck, and please keep us posted.

GOSH...we are not too far ahead of you...I am here for our SON 53 yrs old. Pre-op Thurs and Surgery on July 10 (da Vinci Robotic)....found out they have been having meetings once a month for folks that are to have his surgery and he didn't get to attend one :( . The folks here are providing us with GOOD information! We will be watching your progress and putting you on our PRAYER LIST. GOD BLESS
