Hi, Bluebird. After so many months, I feel like I know so many of you as friends and "family" -- even more so with our special Bluebird. This forum has been a lifesaver for me. I have thought about starting my own thread, but I wonder if I really have anything to add to the wonderful journeys others have reported. I'll give it a try. Can't hurt, huh? I'm off today on a business trip but you'll be hearing from me soon.

Any thanks, all of you out there, for your support over the last four months!

puget - every person has something to add to this forum...your story of how you came to find out you have pc, your choice of treatment, how your recovery has gone, is important to us all.
It's amazing how others relate to what you have to say. I took far longer to post our journey here than I should have so I do know what I'm saying!

Looking forward to "seeing" you!

Hi ~ Puget,

I have just spent time looking back at all of your postings…. Beginning on March 24th..

I’m sitting here shaking my head…  how did I miss your postings???…  There is so much care and concern for others during the time you were trying to find your path…  From the very beginning you reached out to others… and in turn they reached back to you.   I truly can’t explain it… but after reading each posting and seeing the responses… it makes me feel so proud that we are one spoke out of many that make up this huge wheel of Caring and Sharing.

Please make sure you put your signature line in your postings…..  This is so important and I’ve only seen it twice…  and this is how we learn about each other...  (type of surgery??)

Age: 60
Surgery 6/7/07
Gleason pre 3+3=6
Gleason post 3+3=6
CA confined to prostate
First post-op PSA will be taken in Sept.

Your postings to Ellen *Enough Already and Maria Teresa... are exactly what you'll want to put in your Personal Thread... also you could add ~ how you came to your decision...  Looking forward to adding "Your Journey"... to the direct links... to help others.

confused    I picked up on this in one of your postings…..and I’m hoping you will let us know what you’ve found out…

Partial Quote from Puget on different thread..

In the last couple of weeks, the stream has slowed way down, to the point that I sometimes have to push -- just like before surgery! I haven't talked to dr yet.

Please don’t wait to be seen…  it could be scar tissue building up and this must be treated immediately… so please let us know.

Keeping you and your loved ones close in thoughts and prayers...

Special Hugs from Lee & Buddy
