(Apologies to anyone who is offended - hopefully no one - but I am sincerely looking for opinions here)
At this point I am having spongy erections - PDE5 inhibitor assisted or VED produced. I am curious what positions for coitus (erm, sex) that people find work best in this situation.

Hey Strictly,
Have you tried standing or kneeling to improve your erections? This is often how the first good erections are achieved. There is a high rate of venous leakage (back flow) following a prostatectomy. As the Peyronie's stablizes and nerves regenerate, you will notice a better response to oral meds I hope. Standing/kneeling often helps. Try it... and if it helps, just use your imagination :>) Good Luck.

Strictly,
Swim's advice is right on line. My first penetration after surgery was done using a vacuum pump and standing with my my wife lying on the bed. We have a high bed so it worked okay. When you stand you will find the erection a little firmer and you also can control the aim. Of course lubrication helps a lot.
