Now when the golf season starts to errode... winter is coming here soon... I want to take up my indoor cycling/spinning classes. Today I tried for the first time after having Davinci may 10 to do some cyling. Was told not to cycle before 3 months. And it felt okey. Is there any danger to start cycling for full speeed now? I was dry from day one and dont want to spoil anything. I know when you sit on a bike you sit directly on the operated area. Any cyclist who had some problems after starting exercise on the bike again? When I go for training I want to do it at the full and do some 90 minutes and also about 2-3 classes a week. Anybody on this topic?

Thanks!

Björn

Hi Bjorn,

Your concerns are real, and I would advise you to consult your surgeon first before undertaking such a rigorous cycling regiment. I paid a severe price for excessive activety before being completely healed (2 additional surgeries). It is better to be cautious for the first 6 months to 1 year.

Good luck,

Glen
