Davinci radical prostatectomy September 21,2006
catheter in for 2 weeks
Report showed clean margins and negative pathology. Peri-neural invasion present.
Gleason 3+4 =7
First PSA 6 weeks after surgery,result not available

PSA February 2007: .3
PSA May 2007: .6
PSA August 2007 : .8
October 2007 Radiation Oncologist reluctant to radiate,due to possible distant micrometasteses
Clinical study suggested,but drugs too costly.
December 2007: appointment made to see oncologist for suggestions on further treatment.
