Concerned (as in keeping a careful watch) - yes;  panic - No.  IMHO I would get another PSA in about 3 mos and see where it has gone.  I believe .1 or .2 is considered recurrence by some doctors.  Also, if there is recurrence the quicker the salvage treatment the better.  Best of luck to you.
