Not good!
PSA 0.1 and that's after having a positive pathology report so off to the Oncologists I go. Any words of advice and what's next from anyone going through this or had gone through radiation would be great. Also, do the Doc's normally treat with hormone therapy before raditation?
Oh, I almost forgot since the positive margin was close to the nerve bundles that were so nicely spared, well bye - bye to the natural erection hello Reebok Pump. :-)

My father is going through adjuvant therapy..actually he is starting his HT today.  He had a positive node, therefore, he needs to be on HT for two years and is doing RT most likely in a few months once his continence has improved.  (Even though his first PSA scores were "undetectable".)
In our experience we found that many of the Radiation Oncologists will recommend at least a couple of months HT prior to radiation.  It is believed that the HT shrinks the cancer and improves the radiation outcome.  There are a few guys in similar situations to yours in the forum and all of them have been an incredible resource and source of strength.  Best of luck to you in your treatment decisions and journey! Cheers to 0's in your very near future.

Hi KD,

There are several of us on the forum who have been through what you are getting ready to experience. I had davinci then a failed psa score after surgery, .62, then was started on HT which I was on for about three months before beginning RT. I completed 35 imrt treatments and will continue with the hormone therapy for another year and a half (two years total). So far I have had no problems with either the HT or the RT. Well let me clarify that, I do have hot flashes with the HT but take meds to cut down on the severity. If yours works out like mine you should have no problems. Good luck, jwb.
