I haven't posted in a few days.  I hesitated posting because I've had very few problems while others in this forum struggle much more than I have.  I feel undeservedly blessed.  I have very little incontinence (1 pad a day) and no ED issues.  I hope that others find my post encouraging news.
I wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas.  Particularly I wanted to thank everyone that has helped and will continue to help me through my prostate cancer journey.  Prior to this experience, I'm not sure I saw the value of internet forums.  That's all changed.  There are so many kind, eloquent, sincere folks in here.  All the credit goes to my wife who found this forum and encouraged my participation.  I'm reminded once again she truly is my "better half".

God Bless All

RTR,

I too am very thankful this year. Even though my PCa has returned I am blessed beyond words. My life is full, my spirit is strong, and my faith is complete. I also thank my wife, Johnnie, for finding this site. My better half, too. I am happy for your progress in fighting this monster. Your posting offer so much support and encouragement, keep it up. Helping others is a "Southern" thing. On offense to our "Northern" friends.

We here in Alabama and Birmigham are blessed with so many great locations for treatment. UAB, St. Vincent's, Trinity, and BMC. Dr. Moody of Urology Centers of Alabama is leading the way in PC testing and awarness. Offering free Exams and PSA screening throughout the state. A great man on a mission. He has lobbied the state to legislate insurance companies to cover PSA testing and yearly exams. Kill the beast through knowledge.

From Trussville, Alabama to you I wish you a very Merry Christmas and a blessed new year.
