Some days I find that my mood is very low. It seems all I do is think about
food. All day I think about
what I should eat at work and at home for dinner. At night, I think about
what to make to take to work for breakfast and lunch.
It's a down day for me, and I am counting the minutes until 3:45. It's only 8:33 now, so I have some time ahead of me. Any ideas how you turn your down day into an up day?
