Has anyone had issues with Chex gluten free cereal?  For some reason even though it says it is gluten free, I feel like I am glutened every time I eat it.  I thought it might be something else, but I have eliminated everything but that for breakfast.  I just munch on it dry.

I've heard this same thing on other Celiac/Gluten Sensitivity support forums as well. I think it is heavily cross-contaminated with gluten due to shared facility/production lines with wheat-containing cereals.

It's the shared lines. Cross contaminated big time. Makes me very sick every single time.
Nor-tex, I've got a forum that will really help you out if you haven't heard about it. Celiac.com, it's my most favorite site. They were a big help to me when I went gluten free. Go straight to the forums. There are over 30,000+ members on there.

My favorite hot cereal is "Rice & Shine" (the only ingredient in it is rice) ~ I think it tastes wonderful with a little Agave nectar and some frozen berries :)

you must also avoided wheat, which is in so many breads, flours, cereals and other foods. another name for celiac disease is wheats disease, I was diagnosed with wheats disease in 2000 didnt know it was also celiac disease until 2009.
