I've been gluten-free for about 1 1/2 years now. Was diagnosed with celiac disease after a terrible, terrible 8 weeks of vomitting and diarhea. Anyway, I just purchased Udi's cinnamon & raisin bagels. Oh my goodness!! They are delicious. They are soft in the middle and a little crispy on the outside. Has anyone else tried them? Or do you have any others that you like?

Glad you found the bagels..............yummy.
